so i thought why i' dont run w10 in safe mode and create a new user, and i run it the start bar was ok, and for create a new user i couldn't, dont know why so i restart my pc in normal mode and the start menu was OK. but an hour ago i had this problem and i was looking on reddit and i got to this topic, but the explanations that you give is not for all the people bc on my case i didnt had the option to create a new user. So, I like w10 it's great! but I had 2 problems since I had installed in my PC, the 1º one was when i was upgrading and the installation went wrong dont know why and i had to run a system recovery in the boot menu bc i didnt have any OS on my pc -' (thank's microsoft) so i went back to w8.1 and installed all the updates and finally over 7 hours i got w10.
